C.O.W.S is a windows based program that allows the user to easily create and save court orders and search warrants in a field or office environment.

The program is designed to reduce the total amount of time it takes in writing court orders or associated paperwork.

The program allows single entry of property for either returns of service, labels or property impound sheets.
