The Shoewear Linking and
Identification Program was designed to assist Law
Enforcement Agencies in identifying shoes being
used by criminals and help link crimes
together. The program is a graphically based
and designed for cataloging known and
unknown outsole impressions from cases or
reference outsoles for identification.
